**Our Role**

We are currently recruiting for a Production and Maintenance leader Reporting to the Plant Manager, The role is a senior plant leader who is responsible for safely delivery of the Production and Maintenance plan to support the 24/7 business. This includes continuously reviewing operational and maintenance activities to ensure optimal business performance of assets. To enable our plant to adopt safe, sustainable mining and processing activities of lime and limestone products to meet quality and cost expectations whilst maintaining a good relationship within the community in which we operate.
- Facilitate plant startup and shut down as required and directed by Plant Manager.
- Ensure safe and effective operations and maintenance of kiln, hydration and other processing plants.
- Production and maintenance planning, delivery and monitoring to maximise time, plant availability and overall equipment effectiveness.
- Plan and monitor shift production to meet volume and specifications of required products.
- Supervise and support Operators and Maintenance Tradespersons to ensure the shift daily KPI’s are met, whilst complying with Company safety, quality and environmental requirements.
- Role model values of the business to all employees and support the objectives of Plant Manager in delivery of change.
- Manage cost to ensure maintenance delivers required activities within budgeted Operating Expenditure (OpEx).
- Coordinate safety risk management activities and ensure site and plant housekeeping is maintained.
- Supervision of employees, contractors and visitors to ensure compliance with risk management and other company requirements.
- Participate and identify ongoing improvements to the plant maintenance practices.
