Our focus is to provide affordable and accessible imaging services, supported by the latest technology, delivered by skilled and compassionate staff.

**About The Role**

We have two excellent opportunities for customer service superstars to join our small supportive team as a Medical Receptionist in our fast-paced clinics.
There is a full-time opportunity, which requires you to rotate across our clinics in the North-West (Sunshine, Footscray, Moonee Ponds, Hoppers Crossing and St Albans).
There is also a casual opportunity, also rotating across the above-mentioned clinics.

As a medical receptionist you will be responsible for
- Managing all phone enquiries in a timely, professional and confidential manner
- Front of house reception / Greeting patients upon arrival
- Schedule appointments for patients and referrers
- Issue patient invoices/receipts and process Medicare rebates as required
- Enter and update patient registration details
- Ensure the reception and waiting area is clean and presentable at all times

- Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team Experience in a Radiology background, as well as exposure to Medicare services will be highly regarded
