**Key Responsibilities**:
Analyze & optimize various aspects of our outsourcing operations, with a particular focus on SKUs, supplier compliance, Microsoft Dynamics utilization, inventory cycles, and conversion rates.
Perform a comprehensive analysis of SKU performance, identifying patterns, opportunities, and obstacles within product lines to improve efficiency and profitability.
Ensure a dependable and compliant supply chain by monitoring and assessing supplier adherence to contractual agreements, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
Strong knowledge and understanding of labor and legislation prerequisites pertinent to product origin, along with adeptness in applicable governance mandates.
Optimize inventory cycles, including ordering, stocking, and replenishment processes, to minimize carrying costs while ensuring product availability.
Collect, validate, and analyze data from various sources to uncover key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insightful business intelligence reports.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

**Experience & Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics are advantageous.
Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Specialist or similar role, with a focus on outsourcing operations.
Strong proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and reporting using tools like Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, or similar Business Intelligence platforms.
