Our teams are embedded in the functions and businesses to deliver the optimal tools and environments, allowing Citi to be the best for our clients. - Responsible for handling day-to-day staff management issues, including resource management and allocation within the team/project. - Ensures timely communication to employees for transparency. - Demonstrates commitment to diversity, internal mobility and employee professional development - Typically deals with complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting needs. - Requires strong analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex material from multiple sources. Applies ingenuity and creativity to problem analysis and resolution. - Ability to influence and negotiate to facilitate change. - Holds a degree of responsibility and demonstrates a sense of ownership for the strategy of a department, program or project. - Involved in short - to medium-term planning of actions and resources and exercises control over resources, policy formulation and planning. - Accountable for integrity of process, operations and end-results. - Ability to implement and manage a successful risk/control environment. - Very strong verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work under time pressure. - Knowledge of Funds Services, Custody or Asset Management is an advantage. - 10+ years experience in a relevant role. - Demonstrated social, positive, can-do attitude to quickly learn and take own initiative to deliver creative and productive solutions - Ability to communicate well at all levels and network / influence - Ability to work under time constraints - Ability to balance multiple demands and work both independently and as part of a team to develop solutions - Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment - Knowledge of Funds Services, Custody or Asset Management is an advantage. - Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred - **Job Family Group**: Technology - **Job Family**: Applications Support - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
