**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support DHF staff and triage system issues while seeking to implement permanent and efficient fixes for the issues.
- Ensure the systems are up-to-date and running efficiently
- Ensure all daily administration tasks are completed
- Work within the Application Support Team to help deliver software upgrades throughout the business across our main platforms HAMBS, E5 & SugarCRM
- Help create test plans for business unit testers to execute on the leadup to a release
- Conduct System Audits & User access reviews to ensure appropriate access levels.
- Attend community driven meetings in order to keep up to date with technical initiatives throughout the Private Health Insurance Industry
- Assist with implementation of projects and initiatives
- Work with internal and external partners to communicate, verify, and test the desired functionality changes
- Provide system documentation, including summaries of Release Texts for system upgrades
- Create User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cases for system upgrades
- Create user and reference guides for DHF processes
- Creation and testing of workflow processes for Member Services and Claims teams
- Provide support for the creation of documentation on the DHF Knowledge Library (WIKI

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Technology or equivalent
- Experience using the HAMBS and e5 Workflow system (preferable)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and desktop software
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge in MS Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyse and interpret business needs
- Well-developed organisational and time management abilities

- Well-developed interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Insurance or Financial Services background (beneficial)
