This eclectic passionate team are going through a huge transformational growth phase, and are now searching for an Ad Operations Executive (APAC) to join the team.
**The Role**
This role is a great opportunity for any Digital Ad Operations professional who has great attention to detail, a passion for social video (YouTube), and is looking to develop their skill set further by taking a step into the world of YouTube Ad Operations. This exciting opportunity would see you manage YouTube campaigns for some of the biggest brands in the world including the likes of Lego, Hasbro, Diageo, Universal, Porsche, Bacardi and many others.
**Key Responsibilities**
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Creating and managing YouTube Ad Sales Campaigns via Google Ad Manager, optimizing to produce great results for clients.
- Providing our APAC Sales Team with accurate pre-sale forecasts, post campaign reporting and technical expertise to assist in providing top tier client-first service.
- Helping the YouTube Ad Operations team to maintain a high-quality standard by overseeing Quality Assurance of your colleagues’ campaign setups, optimizations and pre-sales forecasts.
- Project management of campaigns using the JIRA project management tool.
- Supporting team members internationally on complex campaign setups and escalations to third party vendors when necessary.
- Keeping up to date with developments within the digital media landscape (LUMAscape)
**Key Skills Required**
- 2yrs of experience in a previous Digital Ad Operations Role (ideally with a digital publisher)
- Experience using Google Ad Manager
- A Strong Drive to learn and master new concepts and platforms
- Strong quantitative, analytical & problem-solving skills
- A collaborative work ethic to ensure processes and procedures are adhered to across the team.
- An active interest in everything digital, ideally with an understanding of online advertising industry trends
- A self-starter with the ability to manage your own workload (Managed Remotely from UK)
- A Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets Formulae
- A Strong Attention to Detail
- Google Skillshop - Google Ad Manager Qualification (Not Required, but would be a bonus to have already completed this)
