With our continued growth and success, we are looking for a Martech & Insights Specialist who is ready to make a significant impact on our digital ecosystem.

The Martech & Insights Specialist will play a pivotal role in building relationships with customers, enhancing sales, and providing actionable insights across GYG's digital platforms. This role will be responsible for optimising our Martech stack, focusing on data strategy, and managing relationships with technology partners. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a successful brand with cutting-edge tools and a thriving digital presence.

**What you can expect in the role**:

- Develop and implement strategies to optimise our customer data platform (CDP) and product analytic tools
- Collaborate with the Head of Digital Marketing & Revenue to manage stakeholder relationships and extract maximum value from key technology partners
- Ensure our Martech ecosystem integrates data cross channels to enhance marketing communications and advertising
- Use to CDP and analytics platform to segment audiences and create personalised experiences
- Oversee the creation and deployment of new events and attributes within our platforms
- Partner with the GYG technology team on data governance, tag management and improving analytics for the GYG app and website
- Capture and present data in a clear and actionable format to facilitate effective analysis
- Evaluate the impact of lifecycle marketing activities and identify opportunities for revenue and growth
- Work as key liaison between marketing and technology teams to ensure timely delivery of initiative and results

**You’ll enjoy this role if you have**:

- Minimum 3 years experience managing marketing technology platforms and providing insights
- Experience configuring platforms with a focus on CDP and analytics configuration and optimisation
- Strong skills in data interpretation and analysis
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and collaborate across teams
