**Position Overview**:
The Advertising Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing advertising strategies to promote Aardwolf’s products and services. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong understanding of digital and traditional advertising channels, as well as the ability to analyze market trends and customer insights.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Advertising Strategy**: Develop and implement effective advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to identify target audiences, trends, and competitive landscape to inform advertising strategies.
- **Content Creation**: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling advertising content, including graphics, copy, and video materials that align with brand guidelines.
- **Budget Management**: Manage advertising budgets, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and deliver a strong return on investment.
- **Performance Analysis**: Monitor and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- **Brand Development**: Assist in maintaining and enhancing Aardwolf’s brand identity through consistent messaging and visual representation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field, with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in advertising, preferably within the machinery or manufacturing industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.

Pay: $73,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
