We have a great relationship with the Petbarn team who are conveniently located under the same roof This also allows for a steady stream of cross-referrals and helps achieve a truly positive experience for all our clients and their pets - and with the Animal Emergency Centre covering the night care of our patients, there are **no afterhours required for this role**

We are looking for a **Full Time Practice Manager **with leadership capabilities and attention to detail, you'll be goal orientated and team focused with the ability to coach and mentor in a collaborative manor. Familiarity with practice manager duties including rostering and human resources is a bonus Preference for experience with RX Works and Kronos.

**Your new role will see you;**
- Managing the day-to-day operations of our clinic including stock management, people management and rostering, and maintaining client records
- Leading and developing our team to provide an excellent client experience, exceptional patient care and to build a positive team culture
- Ensuring that monthly KPI’s are met
- Driving our business forward through creating and implementing local marketing initiatives
- Nursing duties as required; including training and mentoring nurses

**About Your Skills & Experience;**
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (or equivalent experience)
- Genuine care for clients, patients and your team
- Experience in Practice Management or as a Senior Vet Nurse with team management, strong leadership and team building skills
- Excellent animal handling skills
- An extensive knowledge and understanding of veterinary nursing procedures
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good business insight and organisational skills
