**You'll be responsible for**- Acting as a key partner between client and organisation, ensuring optimal communication at all times and ensuring service levels are met and exceeded.- Assisting in planning and executing the portfolio marketing strategy, including brand positioning, offer creation, data analysis, and media planning.- Supporting key stakeholders and service providers to achieve business outcomes, focusing on financial plans, growth rates, customer retention, and product mix.- Collaborating with stakeholders on product opportunities, manage complaints and internal disputes, and provide reporting and insights for business targets.- Monitoring and reviewing campaigns to ensure best practices are followed and maximize business value.

**About you**- Experience working in Project Coordination, Project Management, Account Management or similar.- Experience in Banking, Insurance or Financial Services will be advantageous.- Proven experience working on key initiatives; delivering a variety of projects, where you were accountable for managing competing demands effectively whilst communicating outcomes appropriately.- Strong verbal and written communication skills across all levels.- Proven analytical and critical thinking skills for data interpretation and solution identification.- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with stakeholders, influence outcomes, and foster a customer-centric culture.
