**The Role**
Support Employee Communications to maintain existing digital channel, develop ideas to enhance the employee experience, and deploy engaging content across IAG’s employee facing platforms and channels. You will also play a key role in measuring the effectiveness of communication to drive continuous improvement and boost employee engagement.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Contribute and enable the delivery and execution of the Group Digital Employee Communication Strategy
- Play a key project role in executing new employee communications content and technology initiatives
- Facilitate and support the operation of key internal communication platforms and channels
- Partner with other Corporate Affairs teams to ensure internal/ external content is aligned and scalable
- Utilise data and analytics to gather insights and provide advice to drive continuous improvement and drive further innovation
- Support opportunities for innovation in Employee Communications and channels
- Support change management best practice to ensure any change across the digital communications channel is delivered in a customer/human centric way
- Deliver and coordinate group level content and communications across IAG
- Awareness and compliance with the Group Delegations & Authorities Policy
**Skills & Experience**
- 6 years + relevant industry experience preferred
- Experience developing and executing and handling content and communications plans and materials
- Proven ability to actively keep abreast of changes in external environment and translate into internal environment
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across whole of function and broader group to reach common approach
- Ability to build collaborative and mutually beneficial partnerships
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Degree Qualifications in Communications, or a related field (essential)
- Experience in large, complex, customer-facing, highly regulated company
- Understanding of broader societal trends
