Reporting into the Head of Programs & Delivery, we have an exciting role as a Channel Delivery Manager - 9 Month Max Term contract. This role will see you carry out and execute the portfolio strategy for Consumer Partners by providing strategies for customer retention, full customer lifecycle management, cost effective new business acquisition, financial target delivery, and operational excellence through customer-centric solutions.

**You'll be responsible for**
- Lead the successful delivery of end-to-end business outcomes and initiatives in collaboration with relevant stakeholders in other functions (Digital, Marketing, Product, Finance, IT, Compliance and Claims).
- Develop and maintain a catalogue of product features and benefits to be utilised by the Consumer CoE's in strategy execution.
- Support the development and execution of the relevant Consumer partners financial plans, ensuring delivery of key success measures such as new business growth rates, customer retention rates, product and geographical mix in partnership with Consumer CoEs.
- Develop the customer contact and segmentation strategy for the portfolio with the support of CoEs, and ensure all campaigns deliver maximum value to the business.
- Lead the day-to-day collaboration with Marketing and Digital CoE's to plan and execute the customer new business and retention strategies for the portfolio.
- Collaborate with Technical and the C&l team to develop pricing and optimisation strategies which align and support the delivery of the portfolio strategy.
- Coordinate business system, product and operational process improvement initiatives and projects to maximise new business growth and retention, providing support to ensure stakeholders are engaged to successfully implement and embed.

**About you**
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and industry accreditations.
- Comprehensive understanding of relevant regulatory and/or legislative compliance requirements that impact the organisation.
- General insurance or financial services product knowledge and experience in direct to customer product offerrings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with audiences at all levels with clarity, impact and influence.
- Demonstrated evidence of successfully leading and delivering projects within time, budget and resource constraints and sustaining outcomes.
- Proven ability to recognise, avert, manage and escalate conflicts to enable effective and timely resolution in accordance with organisational processes.
- Experience in developing and implementing internal control and governance, policies and procedures based on the regulatory requirements and leading continuous improvement initiatives to ensure ongoing compliance.
