**Your Role with Us**

We’re looking for sales professionals who are not only driven to succeed but who are passionate about delivering a premium experience for our flagship customers.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Achieve and exceed store KPIs to set new standards in performance.
- Deliver **exceptional customer service** while multitasking and managing multiple customers.
- Gain **in-depth knowledge** of DJI products and services (no need to be an expert from day one—training will be provided).
- Demonstrate products on the show floor, including **live drone test flights**.
- Support and host our **New Pilot Experience** training sessions on Thursday nights.
- Assist customers with **drone setups** and troubleshooting, ensuring they leave confident in their purchase.

**About You**
- You’re a **sales superstar** with a drive to exceed expectations and a hunger for personal and professional growth.
- **Retail & Sales experience** is ideal but not necessary—we value passion and a willingness to learn above all.
- **Interest in drones, cameras, and technology** is a plus, but not essential.
- Outstanding **listening, communication**, and **customer engagement skills** are critical.
- You have a **positive, can-do attitude** and present yourself well to our high-end clientele.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 38 per week
