**Your new role**

The Organisational Change Analyst - Data will work with the Data Program Change Manager to develop and execute the organisational change management plan to support the delivery of the data transformation program. This role provides change planning, analysis, communications, learning support and measurement and monitoring of change metrics as required.

This role is instrumental in supporting stakeholders across AustralianSuper by analysing, planning, developing and embedding effective change, communications and training plans to support both adoption and benefits realisation. Key responsibilities will include;
- Create and deliver communication, training and briefing materials
- Support a Change Manager in the delivery of the approved change management plan

**What you’ll need**
- 1-3 years’ experience within a Change Analyst or Business Analyst role
- Experience working on change initiatives within data and analytics field
- Demonstrated experience preparing detailed change impact assessments, analysing and proposing relevant change interventions
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical, problem solving and root cause identification skills
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
