Our client is a world leader in technology providing a broad range of award-winning consumer products. An opportunity for **Ecommerce Logistics Coordinator** has become available to join their team at Sydney Olympic Park.

**Responsibilities**
- Daily: _
- Work with internal / external customers to ensure 3PL execute e-commerce logistics deliveries correctly and efficiently
- Attend, understand and problem solve outbound delivery urgent / escalated enquires or issues from internal and external customers such as delivery ETA, redirection, contact details or service update.
- Provide exceptional customer service to stakeholder to update delivery enquires politely
- Weekly: _
- Monitor return orders collection status, and report issues for aging return orders
- Execute cancellation orders request upon aging orders with alignment of internal and external stakeholders
- Management of ecommerce DFN comments, by communicating with SEAU stakeholders and drive 3PL to update properly.
- Registration of delivery dispute, including POD dispute, mislabels exchange etc.

**Requirement and Skills**:

- Logistics relevant experience is preferred
- Practical experience of SAP (NERP)
- Advanced Excel skills, including report capability (Pivot table etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to approach stakeholders
- Previous experience in e-Commerce logistics is highly appreciated, but not a must
- Preferred degree in supply chain management / logistics management

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- eCommerce logistics: 1 year (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)
