Our client is a world leader in technology providing a broad range of award-winning consumer products. An opportunity for **Logistics Analyst** has become available to join their team at the Olympic Park.

**Main Function**:
**A. **Logistics Reports**

Responsible for sending out daily reports to 3PL and Internal Customers regarding Outbound Stock In-transit, Stock not goods issued, Nil Value Orders in Transit.

On a monthly basis, updating the logistics databank for all logistics related transaction reports including and not limited to - All Outbound orders Goods Issued, Monthly Sales Recognized for AU, Total Outbound and Inbound Logistics Cost Posted including Spare Parts for AU, to help Assistant manager in Logistics Analysis.

**B. **IOD Management and Revenue Forecast**

At month end responsible for sending Outbound Stock In-transit and Stock not goods issued Two - Three times daily with special focus on last day of month to help logistics team track 3PL performance and to ensure planned revenue targets are delivered within 3PL SLA and No IOD over 30 days.

Analysing 3PL response on planned targets and providing daily revenue management report with special focus on month end expected revenue forecast.

**C. **3PL Claims Management**

Submit, Monitor, Resolve and Report on all 3PL claims through the system and report monthly reconciliation with zero% tolerance of claims outstanding over 45 days. Reporting to Logistics Assistant Manager any claims over 30 days period.

Undertake monthly reconciliation meeting in partnership with 3PL to resolve claims submitted on case by case basis and requesting credits.

For all resolved claims where 3PL has provided POD. Providing those documents to credit for claims reversals on a monthly basis and providing finance team with a reconciliation report for resolved claims.

Update resolved claim in SAP monthly and upload claim release form in ERP system.

**D. **Logistics Cost Management**

Administering FR Invoice (Billing) validation and FR Invoice posting through SAP LCC system for all verified FI through the system for both Inbound and Outbound Logistics Cost on a weekly and monthly basis. Reporting unclear FY to Assistant manager and helping with monthly cost closing by 1st of every month.

Performing weekly reconciliation with 3PL to ensure all FI is received in SAP and reporting any missing FI to 3PL.

Performing verification check on rates, cost and data supplied for all Value Added costs submitted by 3PL in partnership with 3PL on a monthly basis.

Undertaking responsibility for all administrative tasks for preparation of 3PL Payments.

Undertaking various ad-hoc projects, analyzing and reporting on outcomes and making recommendations for improvement whilst advising Logistics Manager on matters requiring their attention and implementing their decisions

(Note - In addition to these functions employees are required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required.)

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Degree qualified with a relevant discipline in Logistics, Business or Commerce. An exposure to operational, strategic and commercial aspects of supply chain management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Excel. Willingness to learn to advance their skills with internal training
- A motived, well organized person who is capable of meeting deadlines.
- Must be willing to learn and assist other members of the Team.
- Ability to work in a high pressure environment in accordance with given timeline.

**Salary**: $68,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
