E-commerce - Technology Products Sales Specialist

About the role:
The main responsibilities of the role include;
- Processing warranty claims
- Preparation of quotations
- Working as part of a team to achieve KPIs
- Assist with customer enquiries
- Supporting the sales team
- Supporting customer issues to achieve the best outcome for them
Warranties
- Warranty requests
- Submission of warranty items
- Warranty complaints
- Warranty timelines (no current automated feedback loops)
- Organising return shipment details
Shipping
- Confirming shipping details.
- Submitting change in shipping details to shipping companies
Ordering
- Taking customer payments
- Generating customer orders
- Fraud prevention
Stock
- Identifying stock opportunities
- Identifying pricing opportunities
- Submitting sell out reports to maintain tier 1 status
- Liaising with vendors to organise weekly changes to stock backorders
Advertising
- Identifying potential issues with products feeds/pricing/product listings
- Submitting feeds to advertising partners adroll/commissionfactory
- Checking feeds and issues with Google Shopping
Marketing
- Identifying key skus which can be used for marketing
- Liaising with marketing to push out aligned content

**Salary**: Up to $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
