**About Our Client**:
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your main role and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- High-volume sales order data entry of customer orders, daily.
- Answering inbound calls from customers.
- Forwarding customer feedback and complaints to the relevant stakeholder to fix, immediately.
- Organising freight and shipping for client orders and providing ETAs.
- Development of customer relationships through high quality communication skills and customer service.
- General ad-hoc requests as required by the customer service and administration team.
**The Successful Applicant**:
We are looking for a hardworking Customer & Data Entry Officer, who has a passion for customer service and is accurate with their high-volume data entry. To be successful, you'll also need a strong attention to detail and be able to identify small, yet critical errors, during the invoicing and pick packing process. This is a fast-paced role and one where you'll be able to respond with over 70 requests, daily. This role will be required to working Monday - Friday, full-time hours, with an immediate start.
