We have an exciting 12-month Parental Leave cover opportunity to work in our Customer Service and Sales team, as our Data Entry Clerk.

**Skills and Experiences**:
About the Role

The Purpose of the role of the Data Entry Clerk is to maintain the flow of orders to the Pick & Pack stage by processing orders within existing Service Level Agreements and with a high degree of accuracy.

**You will be responsible for**:

- The processing of all orders submitted to Rhin-Rack’s web-based Ordering Portal
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies before they reach Pick & Pack stage
- Verify Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) orders are mirrored as per purchase order
- Process all Manual Orders - in the form of cash sales or staff purchases
- Monitoring orders held at Pending Approval, Pending Fulfilment, and Pending Billing, and liaising with internal parties to resolve
- Occasional Customer Service Duties as required
- Identify and contribute to continuous quality improvement
- Perform monthly compliance checks and weekly quality checks of order accuracy
- Conduct activities in a safe, quality and environmentally responsible manner, in accordance with Rhino-Rack WHS, Quality and Environmental policies and procedures

**To be successful in the role**:
1 Year Experience in a similar role is preferable
