**About the Role**

This is an exciting entry-level role for someone looking to learn and grow across Compliance. Reporting to the Head of Quality Assurance, this role is crucial in implementing and monitoring quality assurance and governance processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Quality Assurance Implementation**: Implement and monitor day-to-day quality assurance and governance processes for both HE and VET sectors.
- ** Regulatory Compliance**: Support ongoing compliance with TEQSA and ASQA standards, and assist in preparing documentation for registration and compliance audits.
- ** Training and Development**: Develop and implement QA training materials, and facilitate training sessions and workshops on QA standards and best practices.
- ** Reporting and Documentation**: Prepare QA reports and documentation for internal and external reviews, and contribute to reports for senior management and governance committees.
- ** Meeting Coordination**: Take minutes, follow up on action items from governance committees and management meetings, and assist in coordinating meeting logistics.
- ** Other responsibilities**: Actively contribute to achieving individual and team goals, build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

**Education, Experience, and Skills**:

- Diploma or higher qualification in relevant field required.
- Excellent written communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in quality assurance and governance roles, ideally in a Registered Training Organisation or a higher education provider, preferred.
- Understanding of regulatory standards in VET, HE, and ESOS/CRICOS desirable.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office365.
