An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Quality Assurance Officer to join the Quality and Regulatory Practice team

An exciting opportunity to take your Quality, Change or Operational experience to the next level and join a supportive team, passionate about sourcing improvement opportunities and improving efficiencies.

We currently have a 12 month Fixed Term opportunity (with potential for extension) available as Quality Assurance Officer within our Operations Division.

As the Quality Assurance Officer you will be responsible for the identification, development and implementation of quality initiatives across licensing and registration (L&R) to support the unit's objectives of administering a highly efficient and compliant L&R process for building and plumbing practitioners across Victoria.

**What we are looking for?**
- A minimum of 2 years experience working in a Quality, Change or Operational role.
- Experience in the development of detailed change management project scopes, briefs and recommendations.
- Demontsrated ability to establish positive relationships with stakeholders and negotiate innovative solutions on complex issues.
- Experience working with policy and development of guidelines.
