Exciting contract position with long term potential at fintech start up.

As this exciting fintech start up continues to grow, they are eager to bring an experienced Marketing Manager into the team to help them level up, and assist in rapidly growing their B2B customer base and potential.

Having been around for 3 years, the company is now looking to prioritise their marketing efforts to support their product, sales and automation team members. This is a stand-alone role, where you will have the support of a marketing agency. We are really looking for someone who can wear a strategic hat as well as roll their sleeves up and create content, dig into the analytics and create a compelling brand.

This exciting opportunity will encompass:

- Brand - An opportunity to really create and compose a brand strategy and weave it into an engaging story
- Content - Tap into new channels, manage the companies' digital presence and create captivating content for socials, blogs and website
- Data - Make data-led decisions that will drive the marketing strategy for years to come
- Budget - You will be responsible for managing a budget of around $1million, a significant investment into business's growth

The right person for the role will need to have:

- A start-up/scale-up mindset, happy to get stuck in, comfortable working in a small team, making all the marketing decisions and presenting these to the board
- Ideally, around 8 years B2B marketing experience
- Experience working in an environment where you are driving growth, through compelling funnel and lifecycle marketing
- Resilience
