This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Product Design professional looking to deliver impactful design decisions in our product innovation squad.

**About the role**

Reporting to the Design Lead and working closely with the Product Innovation Manager you will play a key role in interpreting and conducting user research, leading usability tests and designing solutions quickly as well as contributing to the development of CHOICE's design thinking and systems more broadly.
- Transform research and audience insight into meaningful designs
- Ensure new product development aligns with organisational and user needs
- Experiment with design, UI and on brand visual executions
- Use insights and analytics data to help guide decisions
- Rapidly prototype and iterate using lean practices
- Share UX knowledge across the team and company

**About you**

You are energetic and adventurous and focus on the big picture and what is possible.

Your design thinking and problem solving skills have been tested in a start-up or prototyping environment before.
- Demonstrated experience with lean user research
- Rapid prototyping skills essential and the ability to select the right tool for the job
- The UI skills necessary to deliver a usable product
- Experience in product design process, defining MVP and delivering agile releases
- Experience in usability testing
- Experience in understanding product usage metrics
