Multimedia Specialist

We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality filling, capping, conveying, and container handling machines to local and international markets. We're looking for a creative and tech-savvy **Multimedia Specialist** to take charge of our marketing content across all digital platforms.

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Content Creation**
- Shoot and edit promotional/product/training videos (with subtitles)
- Take and edit high-quality photos of machinery, events, and team activities
- Produce and edit podcast episodes
- Design marketing graphics and visuals for use across digital platforms
- **Digital Marketing & Website**
- Manage and update the Packserv WordPress website (content, images, blog posts)
- Design, build, and send regular newsletters
- Create and schedule content for social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, etc.)
- Assist with SEO and website performance improvements
- **Brand & Strategy Support**
- Ensure all content aligns with Packserv’s visual and brand identity
- Collaborate with the sales, product, and leadership teams to support campaigns
- Help develop storytelling strategies for new products and innovations

**Required Skills & Experience**
- 5+ years in a similar multimedia, digital marketing, or content role
- Proven experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
- Strong video production skills: filming, editing, subtitling, sound
- Solid photography and photo editing skills
- Experience using and maintaining WordPress websites
- Understanding of social media best practices for B2B marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and ability to work independently

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
