**About the role at Plenti**

We are looking for a passionate Relationship Manager who will be responsible for helping us change the renewable energy future across Australia. There has never been a more critical time for us to take the lead on shaping a renewable future, and you will be at the front of this change as you build relationships with our green energy partners.

As a motivated, self-starter who desires to succeed in a sales-orientated environment, you will own a territory and help our customers and team access finance. Leveraging our existing partnerships and proactively identifying new opportunities, you’ll bring a highly commercial and strategic approach to complement your sales and relationship management expertise.

You thrive on autonomy and have leadership ability, initiative, and commercial judgement to succeed in a highly entrepreneurial environment. This role suits someone passionate about building and maintaining relationships and has a genuine interest and excitement for this high growth, innovative and disruptive FinTech.

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically up to 2 years of experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Sales Pipeline Fulfilment - Ensure the top of the sales pipeline is adequately filled with quality leads
- Relationship Building - Maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders to help them achieve their goals, and grow revenue and usage.
