Next Level Personnel are looking for an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to join one of the leading automotive groups in Australia, representing a large range of luxury brands.

**You will have**:

- Previous Sales Management experience preferred.
- Proven experience in automotive sales - particularly used vehicles (minimum 5 years).
- Ability to develop and maintain effective interpersonal relationships and strong

partnerships.
- Vehicle valuing and describing experience.
- In depth understanding of the financial aspects of business
- Ability to manage various activities whilst maintaining a level of quality and efficiency.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and validity of information.
- Flexible outlook to suit a dynamic industry without compromising objectives.
- Achievement orientated.
- Sound judgment and problem solving abilities.
- Time management/Planning and organising skills to meet deadlines.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, promoting a positive work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal/written).
- Current valid driver’s license.
- Current Queensland Motor Vehicle Salesperson licence.
