Senior Project Advisor (3-5 years' experience)

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the strategy and planning phases of projects in our Brisbane office.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field and 3-5 years' post-graduate experience in managing feasibility analysis and project delivery. Knowledge of the healthcare, tertiary education, community infrastructure or similar sectors is essential.

Key skills include excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills, as well as proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project. The successful applicant will be self-motivated, enjoy working in a collaborative environment and be able to work flexibly.

A competitive salary and bonus package will be negotiated with the successful applicant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategy and planning phases of projects
  • Manage feasibility analysis and project delivery teams
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Contribute to business development and growth initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a building or business-related discipline
  • 3-5 years' post-graduate experience in project management
  • Knowledge of the healthcare, tertiary education, community infrastructure or similar sectors
  • Excellent analytical, verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project
