Product, Selection and Quoting Specialist

As a **Product Selection and Quoting Specialist **you will provide product selection and quotation support for the full range of our Isolation Valves product portfolio.

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:

- Assist the Inside and Outside Sales teams in quotation of both the MRO and Projects business, selecting the accurate product and engaging with customers, as required.
- Provide price and delivery confirmation for supply and delivery lead times.
- Evaluate customer specifications to ensure compliance with technical and commercial requirements by industry standards.
- Support margin and profitability management through diligent and strategic pricing
- Provide support to the Company Delegation of Authority (DOA) policy and assist in management of product profitability.
- Provide support to teams developing and maintaining internal processes / reporting requirements.
- Interact with the relevant sales and operations functions and 3rd party vendors to ensure 100% quote accuracy to meet customers’ expectations.
- Review, validate, and ensure customer purchase orders are in-line with our quotes / proposals.
- Conduct a handover meeting with order/project management and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of quotations.
- Finding opportunities to increase sales and revenue and promote discussion with relevant partners.

- Degree or equivalent experience in mechanical engineering or related discipline.
