Google Ad Specialist

As we continue to expand our reach, we are seeking a talented and dynamic Google Ad Specialist to join Lorna Jane. The Google Ad Specialist will play a crucial role in managing paid search campaigns on Google to maximise ROI and boost overall online performance. This is a fulltime position located at our Lorna Jane HQ in Eagle Farm.

**Major areas of responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute effective Google Ad campaigns aligned with Lorna Jane’s marketing objectives, ensuring maximum ROI and brand visibility.
- Conduct thorough keyword research to optimize ad targeting and improve campaign performance. This involves using Google AdWords, Google Shopping & Merchant Centre, and Display & YouTube campaigns end-to-end.
- Craft compelling ad copy and creative content that resonates with the target audience, maintaining brand consistency.
- Monitor and manage advertising budgets to ensure efficient allocation and optimization of resources.
- Utilise Google Analytics and other relevant tools to analyse campaign performance, generate insights, and provide regular reports to the marketing team.
- Continuously test and optimise ad campaigns based on performance data, A/B testing, and industry best practices.
- Work closely with the Marketing Leadership team for managing client accounts, including planning, reporting, and communicating for better outcomes.
- Stay informed about industry trends, Google Ads updates, and emerging technologies to implement cutting-edge strategies.
- Drive the growth of our paid media team and portfolio, focusing on establishing scalable systems and training resources to enhance team capabilities and performance.

About you
- Proven experience as a Google Ad Specialist or in similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- In-depth hands-on experience in Sales Funnel Creation, Building Offers for Lead Generation & Ecommerce Growth.
- Strong project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members, clients, and other stakeholders. You'll need to present campaign performance reports and strategies clearly and persuasively.
