Join us as Logistics & Warehouse Specialist for the Motion Business Area where you will be executing warehousing activities for incoming and outgoing goods. Following and ensuring that others also follow established procedures and guidelines to in the warehouse. Reporting to Site Manager and this position will be based in Eagle Farm, Australia.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Operating the site warehouse including receiving, packing, storage, replenishment, picking, loading, and dispatching, ensuring tasks are executed in a safe, timely and efficient manner
- Maintaining warehouse operations in line with HSE policies. Coordinating regular workplace inspections in the warehouse
- Ensuring all lifting and other equipment are kept in good operational order and calibration and service as required
- Maintaining complete and accurate data in the ERP system. Utilizing material planning, safety stock levels and reorder points, to ensure material just-in
- time availability. Maintain new or changed material masters as required
- Checking quality of incoming goods for storage. Ensuring paperwork in line with materials delivered
- Conducting final quality check for outgoing customer deliveries. Maintaining relationships with suppliers and carriers
- Participating in regular inventory control processes. Coordinating regular cycle counts, and annual stock take and reviewing stock levels and aging stock Managing and reporting on stock held for customer contracts
- Supporting the business to raise purchase requisitions for site and business requirements. Sourcing quotations from multiple vendors to ensure competitive pricing and best availability

**Your background**:

- You will be highly organized, with the ability to priorities and plan jobs to meet requirements within agreed timeframes
- Ability to think quickly, stay calm, and cope with many different tasks and changing priorities
- Good computer skills including Microsoft office software and a warehousing system, SFDC & SAP an advantage
- Good communication skills, able to work within a team and communicate to suppliers
- Forklift license is an added advantage
