As the Operations Specialist, you will establish and maintain highly effective working relationships with other staff within the branch to ensure the alignment and integration of operational services, processes and service levels across the branch. Additionally, provide high level technical skills in the analysis of IT system issues and the formulation, design and provision of appropriate solutions and improvements

Are you right for this role?

**To be successful in the role, you will have**:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and promote Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) processes based on the ITIL framework, primarily incident / problem / change / release / configuration management (SFIA Code: ITMG 5, USUP 4; PBMG 5; CHMG 4)
- Demonstrated technical expertise and experience in some of the following technology domains to analyse ICT system issues, and contribute to the design and implementation of appropriate solutions and improvements (SFIA Code: SYSP 4; TECH 4, HSIN 5, SCAD 4)
- Telecommunication products and services experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skill with a demonstrated ability in : Pivot Tables & Charts, use of Vlookups and Functions/Formulas
- Experience in data, mobile and voice services management
- Billing and costing management
- Knowledge and experience in the telecommunication carrier bill analysis experience will be well regarded
- Advanced Microsoft Excel Skill with a demonstrated ability in: Pivot Tables & Charts, use of Vlookups and Functions/Formulasdata, mobile and voice services analysis and reporting
