About You
As the Manager, you will drive innovation and improvement by implementing technology and process solutions to modernize regulatory compliance. You will enhance the Branch's ability to meet evolving standards and oversee the development of data and insights to monitor regulatory performance, ensuring alignment with best practices. This role offers a chance to significantly impact the Branch's regulatory efficiency and effectiveness.
Your Opportunity
As the Manager, you will drive innovation and improvement by implementing technology and process solutions to modernize regulatory compliance. You will enhance the Branch's ability to meet evolving standards and oversee the development of data and insights to monitor regulatory performance, ensuring alignment with best practices. This role offers a chance to significantly impact the Branch's regulatory efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
As part of the Registration Services Leadership team, contribute to the development of the overarching strategy for the effective delivery of regulatory decision making across all legal frameworks.
Instigating and managing operational policy, procedure and process initiatives to support continuous quality improvement in efficient and effective regulatory practice in line with risk-based regulatory frameworks, across all Registration Services legal frameworks.
Undertaking complex regulatory activities, making recommendations and decisions that support Registration Services undertaking its functions across its respective legislative frameworks, in accordance with the principles of good administrative decision making.
Identifying and understanding risk, compliance and quality trends through analysing and monitoring data captured from a range of sources and regulatory systems.
Contributing to the development of innovative and strategic solutions which achieve high performance regulatory outcomes to ensure credible, accountable and transparent educational regulatory practice.
