We are seeking a motivated and versatile individual to join our team, working with key customers in Australia.

This role provides the opportunity to work alongside the world’s leading mining companies with the latest in fleet management software and autonomy technology. Fleet management systems and autonomy are sophisticated investments, and the customers that use them are equally cutting-edge.

This position offers management-level exposure as mining companies look to Caterpillar’s expertise to advise and implement mining operational best practices and procedures with respect to both fleet management systems and autonomy technology.

**Additional Information**:
This role’s work roster will align with that of our customers and may adjust based on the project you are currently focused on.

Your knowledge of MineStar Fleet Management System will assist mine sites in optimizing system performance.

**What you will do**:

- Assisting the Implementation Team install and configure MineStar® Fleet.
- Coaching the mine operations group to achieve maximum performance of MineStar® Fleet.
- Supporting and advising MineStar® Fleet Controllers in all aspects of Minestar® system performance, including minimizing downtime.
- Through close collaboration internally and externally, you will become a trusted advisor for the customer.
- Supporting hardware and software installation and configuration through establishing Quality Assurance and Quality Control processes.
- Measure, benchmark and report on MineStar® Fleet System performance, and suggest opportunities for improvements.
- Developing training and process material.

- Degree in mining engineering, automation, or IT.
- Working knowledge of Caterpillar, heavy equipment, product support, telematics, safety, and environment operations.
- Field experience working with/for Cat Dealers or customers.
