**About the Role**
Being a Client Services Coordinator at eNerds is a very fluid role, with a mixture of Customer Service and Reception like duties.
**Some of your key responsibilities are but not limited to**:
- Answer inbound calls from our IT Support line, assisting clients to log a ticket, take messages for other team members and answer general enquires.
- General reception duties such as answering the door, ordering office supplies etc.
- Receive delivers from suppliers, as well as arrange delivers or collection of items for our clients.
- Technical Engineers calendar management (onsite visits to clients).
- Work with the Technical Team to get tasks completed.
This role is a pathway to Project Management, Office Management and Account Management roles in the future.
**About You**
If you have a background as a Receptionist or Office Coordinator this role would be perfect.
Other key requirements:
- Confident communicating with clients over the phone
- Reception (Answering calls, transferring calls, managing call queues)
- The ability to prioritise and manage your work flow
- Comfortable with working across various systems
- Microsoft Office Experience (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
- Ability to take ownership, delegate and follow-up tasks
- Ability to work in the office
Whilst IT technical knowledge isn't necessary, it would be great if you have a slight interest in IT.
**Next Step**
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
