The Finance Team is a thriving team in Australia’s leading media company. Our priorities are ensuring effective governance and financial control, and delivering insightful partnering support to the business on operational and strategic initiatives to drive our business forward.

**Your new opportunity at Nine.**

The Finance Solutions Team works in partnership with the Technology team to maintain and continuously improve first class finance and expense management systems across the Nine Group.
- The internal title for this role is Finance Solutions Support_

In your role as Finance Solutions Support, you will work with the Finance Solutions Analysts to provide support to finance business users. You will support the Finance Solutions team to resolve Finance and Business user queries and will work closely with our key system vendors and the Technology team to resolve issues and continuously improve our systems landscape.

**Day to day you will**:

- Assist Finance system users with queries and work with the Nine IT team to resolve them.
- Make changes and updates to our core Finance systems as required.
- Ensure support tickets are maintained and updated in accordance with applicable SLAs.
- Ensure various key documentation and websites for Finance systems are updated and maintained.
- Participate in system testing, deployments and project reporting.
- Proactively identify potential technical and functional issues and take appropriate steps to help resolve.
- Support training and user upskilling initiatives to foster a culture valuing knowledge and self-sufficiency within the Finance systems user community.

**What we would like to see on your resume**:

- Strong proficiency with a Finance ERP and expense management system.
- Ability to understand and implement policy guidelines and comply with protocols.
- Good conceptual understanding of finance processes.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and interpretation of data.
- Working knowledge in using Google suite tools such as Google Docs, Mail & Calendar is highly desired.
- Understanding of media business’ processes and structure is highly desired.
- Microsoft D365, Concur and Blackline experience would be particularly desirable.
