**Finance Systems Analyst - Sydney Office - Permanent Full Time**

A great opportunity for an experienced Finance Systems Analyst based in Sydney to make a real impact in Domain’s Finance team.

**Who are you?**

Systems and process improvement is where you thrive The Finance Systems Analyst (**FSA**) role serves as a primary contact for any requests and questions related to Domain’s various Finance systems. This will require liaising with stakeholders within the business as well as vendors to achieve the right outcome for the Finance team and for fellow Domain employees.

The FSA also partners with the finance team to translate business requirements into technical specifications and partners with other business units such as Technology and Product to make the system improvements a reality. The FSA will work closely with the Finance Systems Manager to perform cost-benefit calculations, interdependency analysis, and prioritisation exercises related to systems changes.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Responding to level 1 requests and queries regarding day-to-day operations of Domain’s Finance systems
- Documents processes, procedures and guidelines for the administration and maintenance of Finance systems
- Identifying system defects and errors, and developing solutions to system defects and errors
- Develop and maintain strong internal controls in relation to system processes and procedures
- Facilitate with system improvements
- Acts as liaison between with finance team and technical teams to translate business requirements to technical system requirements
- Partners with solution architects to build system functionality and quality system attributes
- Assists technical teams in assessing system performance
- Builds and leverages automation to decrease overall system deployment and support cycle time
- Participates and/or assists in user acceptance testing efforts
- Assists business analysts to evaluate cost-benefit and ROI analyses
- Understands system interdependencies and collaborates with project teams accordingly

**Desirable Skills**
- Experience with D365, Concur and Egencia
- Technically proficient and able to troubleshoot
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements
