About The Role

You will lead the Group Finance function for anything system related.

Your responsibilities will include the following:

  • Assess system strategies and work with cross functional teams to deliver on the strategic direction
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to ensure the efficient operation and configuration of Finance systems according to Finance requirements
  • Aid in crafting the Finance Systems roadmap and enhancing current technologies.
  • Supervise the integration and data flow between primary accounting systems (GL, Billing, Expense Management, and AP) for the Group
  • Oversee the deployment and improvement of new and existing systems to facilitate efficient financial reporting, analysis, and planning
  • Improve financial processes, maintain data integrity, and support system upgrades and enhancements

Skills / Experience required:

The ideal candidate will have strong systems experience within a finance function.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Extensive experience managing Finance systems and other ERP systems, including implementation, design, governance, administration, and change management
  • Strong skills in business analysis and process improvement for continuous enhancement.
  • Proven ability to lead a high-performing team in delivering financial functions and integration services in a dynamic environment
  • Experience managing strategic relationships, acting independently, and negotiating deliverables and timelines
  • Ability to manage competing demands, including operations, policy development, procedures, and training
