**A little bit about the company**:
An Australian owned development and building group that focuses on the sale of off-plan townhouses along with house + land packages. They construct over 1500 homes each year and have ample of stock in the pipeline. Due to an internal promotion, our client is looking to hire an organised and savvy Sales Administrator to step into their North Sydney-based office and provide right arm support to all of the agents wherever required.

**What will you be doing in this role**:
Whether you are an admin whiz who is a gun at keeping the team organised and compliant, or if sales is where you see yourself in the future, this role is a great stepping stone to get you to where you want to be.
- Assist the agents with all sales admin as required
- Data entry, filing, scanning + record keeping
- Order contracts + prepare sales advice
- Manage compliance for all sales paperwork
- Liaise with solicitors, valuers and internal stakeholders
- Keep project stock lists up to date
- Assist with launch or settlement events
- Savvy Microsoft Excel skills
- Willingness to obtain Certificate of Registration
- A passion for property and strong attention to detail
- Flexibility to work the occasional Saturday to assist with events
- The ability to take instruction and work as part of a team
