Let’s talk about you- An understanding of the telco industry- Approachable and can explain things in a clear and direct manner- Strong leadership skills- An understanding of customer service principles- Advanced computer skills-
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team

How will you support our “Why?”- Oversee the provision of high quality and timely technical and accounts support to residential customers by leading a team of consultants- Manage a medium to large sized team and coordinate with Aussie Expert to meet organisational requirements- Manage team performance and work alongside staff to ensure targets are met- Meet the prescribed customer service standards and call handling targets and measures- Encourage, maintain and develop a professional business relationship with customers by providing a prompt, efficient and professional service at all times
