Supervisor - Geographical Information Systems

We are seeking an experienced and suitably qualified individual to join our Information Technology Unit. This role requires you to lead the implementation and operation of Council's GIS including strategic planning, development, problem-solving, and decision-making.
**About the role**:
- lead project teams, ensuring work is conducted effectively throughout the project life cycle
- work collaboratively with GIS business users to facilitate data acquisition, asset capture, system integration and GIS utilisation
- develop policies, procedures and standards relating to GIS maintenance, data management, quality assurance, operations and services.
