Due to continued company growth, we’re excited to be expanding our Finance team and are on the lookout for an experienced and proactive **Accounts Payable Coordinator**who's ready to make an impact from day one. This is a **permanent full-time role**.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Overseeing full-cycle Accounts Payable: coding, matching, processing, and ensuring invoices are paid accurately and on time.
- Scanning and processing invoices using our AP imaging tool Continia.
- Collaborating with internal teams and vendors to resolve any invoice queries promptly.
- Spotting opportunities to streamline processes and add value, your insights will be heard

**What we're looking for**:

- Proven experience in Accounts Payable in a high-volume environment
- Strong data entry skills, detail-oriented with an eye for accuracy
- Process-driven mindset with a knack for identifying improvements
- Familiarity with invoice scanning systems like **Continia,**you understand how it helps automate scanning, capture, validation, and workflow integration
- A positive, team-first attitude, this is where you’ll fit right in
