We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our blue-chip client. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions, and providing support to our finance team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintaining supplier masterfile
- Processing AP invoices and matching invoices to POs
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Managing supplier payment runs
- Reconciling pass-through costs for suppliers
- Managing the payroll labor database
**Requirements**:
- At least 3 years of experience in an accounts payable or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Knowledge of payroll and labor database management
