**THE ROLE**
- Assist and support the accounts payable function and Finance team
- Assist in preparation and reports for monthly payment runs
- Reconciliation - bank and credit card, supplier statements
- Payment allocation
- Assist with monthly reporting
- Assist in resolving supplier queries
- Assist in managing accounts mailbox
- Assist with admin duties
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

**THE PERSON**
- Accounts Payable experience
- Ability to handle high volume
- Ability to work autonomously
- Excellent communication
- Problem solving skills
- Strong team player
- Cert III or Accounting Degree ideal but not essential
