**What You’ll Be Doing**:
- Provide expert advice and guidance on people and culture (P&C) matters, supporting both employees and managers.
- Support performance management and development initiatives to ensure continued employee growth and engagement.
- Offer responsive and sound advice on a wide range of P&C issues, ensuring compliance with Industrial Laws, the SCHADS award, policies, and procedures.
- Initiate and manage processes in our HRIS system, providing education and support to managers and leaders to ensure smooth workflow operations.
- Support the administration of change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions while adhering to Awards and the National Employment Standards (NES).
- Collaborate closely with the Chief People Officer to develop, implement, and manage HR projects that enhance P&C service delivery across the organisation.
- Adapt to changing portfolio allocations to ensure consistency and comprehensive service coverage, including during leave periods.
- Provide management oversight to the P&C Administration function.
- Inspire curiosity in managers and guide them to think creatively and innovatively.
**What We’re Looking For**:
✔️ Proven experience in a HR Advisory role.
✔️ Strong understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices. ✔️Strong knowledge and experience in people and culture functions.
✔️ Expertise in Industrial Laws, policies, and procedures.
✔️ An understanding of the SCHADS Award and compliance requirements.
✔️ Ability to collaborate across teams and deliver high-quality service.
✔️ Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
✔️ Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and support organisational needs.
