The Role

We're seeking a capable and motivated Marketing professional to help drive brand awareness, lead generation, and market engagement across multiple healthcare sectors.

This is a diverse, hands-on role involving campaign delivery, content creation, and process improvement — ideal for someone who's curious, organised, and enjoys learning about complex industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads, arranging product demonstrations with the Business Development team
  • Identify target organisations and key decision-makers across healthcare markets
  • Conduct email and phone outreach to engage prospective clients
  • Coordinate the company's participation at international conferences
  • Manage partner relationships with complementary suppliers and technology providers
  • Support the setup and delivery of webinars twice a year
  • Create flyers and presentations, update website content, and manage social media updates
  • Organise travel logistics for the team
  • Contribute to process design for new marketing initiatives and help systemise reporting
  • Conduct market research and assist with pricing reviews

About You

  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, or a related discipline
  • Evidence of persistence and success in managing marketing campaigns or lead generation
  • Strong productivity and attention to detail, with experience using Salesforce, Canva, PowerPoint, and databases
  • Quick learner who can grasp complex industries and technologies
  • Confident communicator comfortable liaising with senior stakeholders (ideally over 30 years old)
