**The Opportunity**
We are looking for a new full-time permanent consultant to join us as our ‘Associate Director - Asset Management’ based within our NSW based office. This position will see you bringing in work, leading and delivering high quality projects for our local government clients, whilst also building and maintaining networks.
The type of projects you would deliver includes asset management plans, asset accounting gap analysis, asset financial modelling, valuation audits and depreciation reviews.
This position reports into the Australian Regional Manager and works alongside experienced industry professionals across a range of specialisms, whilst being supported by a small team of asset consultants and subcontractors.

- To provide innovative, robust, durable, and effective solutions to existing clients and prospective clients of the company ensuring performance meets the desired targets.
- To grow the asset management business in a sustainable way, contributing to the future success of the company through effective business development, relationship management and consulting techniques.

**About You** (selection criteria)
To be considered, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience of working local government asset management OR consultancy experience across asset management.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field, such as; Engineering, Accounting, Public Policy, Business Management, Law, Economics etc.
- Strong communication skills are vital, combined with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Proven experience in delivering high quality and high value projects.
- A good understanding of Civil Engineering is highly preferred.
- The ability to travel to client locations, including regular travel across NSW, and occasional travel to other states/territories.
