- Experience in Retail Design/Retail Fit-out/Tenancy Coordination/Management
- Strong initiative and project management skills
- Ability to manage a range of priorities and projects
- Experience in Store Planning, especially in the development of new retail concepts
- Sound technical building operations legislative and management skills
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to read & understand technical data

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Manage the design process from pre-planning through to construction
- Design, maintain and review the design brief
- Assess and manage risk
- Site investigation and preparation and presentation of conceptual plans
- Statutory compliance
- Guide on design issues, value management and project specifications
- Advise on all design matters
- Manage all stakeholders, including Leasing Executives, Heads of Brand, Landlords, internal stakeholders, tenants, shopfitters, contractors, consultants, approval authorities, communities
- Adhere to all leasing rules that are related to Tenancy Design and Delivery (TDD) employees, procedures and system activities
- Manage and coordinate all stakeholders’ expectations to ensure the TDD team can successfully deliver the tenancies within the development projects and provide support to the operating centres
