Our client is a well established and friendly Sydney based brand who pride themselves on providing exceptional and ever reliable service. They have flexible working options, and regularly host lunches and events for their bubbly and social team.

They are looking for a team player with strong organisational and communication skills and knowledge of strata laws and regulations who can attend and occasionally assist with meetings

Requirements for the role:

- **NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Strata Licence**:

- Issuing work orders and liaising with contractors
- Entering and approving invoices
- Preparing letters, agendas and meeting minutes
- Issuing and tracking keys via registers
- Management of Strata Schemes
- Maintain records to ensure compliance with relevant legislation
