**About the role**:
This is a central role in the office and requires someone who is self-motivated, professional and willing to learn. You will manage reception, as well as provide broad administration support to our strata management team. This role would ideally suit someone with reception / administration experience seeking to establish a career in the strata / real estate industry.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Answering phones and welcoming visitors
- Ordering office supplies and general office support
- Processing key requests
- Co-ordinating administration & compliance functions
- Assisting with new strata plan setups
- Co-ordinating weekly team meetings
- Supporting the team with various administration tasks such as work orders, liaison with tradespeople, distribution of communications
- Projects and ad hoc tasks as required
As this role is responsible for office reception & administration, we are looking for someone to be in the office full time, however, flexible hours are on offer.
**About you - qualifications and experience**:
- You have some experience in office reception and/or administration
- You are customer service focused and thrive in a team environment
- You are a problem-solver and find solutions to ensure the right outcome is delivered
- You have high attention to detail, are highly organised and demonstrate outstanding communication skills
- You are adaptable, flexible and able to manage a fast-paced work environment
- You have strong experience with the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience within the Property Industry is preferred but not essential
