WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
You will be part of a fun, dynamic and inclusive contact centre team, operating out of a modern workspace with state-of-the-art facilities located on St Georges Terrace, Perth.

As a motivated and considerate customer service professional, you will be making regular contact to existing Perth Mint customers, verifying information, responding to queries, updating customer records, and analysing data. Although you will be conducting outbound calls, this is a non-sales role.

SOME OF THE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Taking inbound calls from Perth Mint customers
- Making outbound calls to Perth Mint customers
- Reviewing customer data
- Verifying documents against specified criteria and internal policies
- Perform administrative and data entry tasks such as updating tracking metrics
- Become familiar with legal document interpretation
- Complete training and be aware of Privacy obligations
- Achieve individual and team KPI’s
- Building and maintaining effective customer relationships
- Participating in a culture of collaboration and inclusion.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

- Previous experience in contact centre or customer service (desirable)
- Strong computer skills and a confident phone manner
- Strong communications skills (listening, written and verbal)
- Sound research and analytical skills
- Bilingual (highly desirable)
